Availability Our emergency contact service by phone and email is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Outside of our support hours, you can contact us through our ticketing service via email at support@lindera.de. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If this involves an acute situation, please contact the patient service at 116117 or dial the police emergency number 110 or emergency services 112.
