Digital care that works - what the practice says

Digital care that works - what the practice says

At a time when digital solutions are becoming increasingly important in the care sector, one thing remains central to us at LINDERA: close communication with our customers.

After all, it is only by genuinely listening to our customers, trying things out together and consistently developing them further that we can create a product that actually makes life easier for care staff and improves the quality of care.

Continuous further development thanks to honest feedback

What drives us? The feedback from the field. This is the assessment of Saskia Kliche, Head of Nursing at the Zwei Eichen @ Sander Pflege GmbH senior citizens' center:

"I also wanted to say again that after two years, I see a very positive change in the app and I'm pleased to be able to start another project with a significantly improved app."

This feedback confirms that we are continuously improving together with our partners. Personal exchanges during workshops also play a major role in this:

"Kudos to the LINDERA team - a lot of effort was put into the workshop. It was all very nice and courteous, explained in a fun way and showed that you can also have fun doing it. We were all very excited about the result - and if you have that feeling and are already looking forward to the result, then everything was done right to bring us closer to the app."

LINDERA as an answer to pressing challenges in care

Numerous facilities use our mobility analysis to identify fall risks at an early stage and take effective measures to prevent them. Stefan Oepen, Head of Nursing Services at Quartier am Stadtgarten @ Münch-Stift-APZ-GmbH, comments:

"We have once again opted for LINDERA, as our internal observations have recently revealed more frequent abnormalities in the area of fall consequences with significant consequences. We hope that the mobility analyses will provide us with additional information on suitable measures to prevent falls in order to significantly reduce such consequences in the future. It is still too early to draw any final conclusions, but it is already clear in everyday life that using the app is much less time-consuming than initially assumed."

Digital, efficient, individual - and above all practical

The digitalization of care only works if new tools can be sensibly integrated into existing processes. Ariane Marschke, facility manager at CURA SeniorenCentrum Winsen, describes the specific benefits as follows:

"LINDERA is a valuable tool for us, which contributes to both quality assurance and the further development of our nursing work. We can expressly recommend its use in other care facilities.

The application saves time and relieves our staff.
The analysis is objective, comprehensible and provides well-founded results.

The measures derived from it are practical and can be implemented immediately.

The use of digital tools such as LINDERA also strengthens our profile as an innovative and quality-oriented institution. We are delighted to have the support of the energie-BKK health insurance fund ."

LINDERA also brings noticeable relief when it comes to documentation in accordance with SIS - as Ursula Staudt, facility manager at Senioren-Park carpe diem Weilrod-Hasselbach, reports:

"The LINDERA mobility analysis app provides formulations for the SIS and action planning that are individually tailored to the resident. In addition to the video, the diagnoses and medication plan are entered, resulting in a holistic assessment of the risk of falls with recommendations for the action plan. This is a great relief for the nursing staff when drawing up the plan."

Nursing manager Chris Frenzl adds:

"Sure, it takes a little longer when I go through the whole process. But the quality is much better. The SIS and action planning are much more individually tailored to the resident."

Digital support that creates security

Digital tools such as LINDERA not only help to identify risks - they also promote digital skills within the team. Stefanie Gehre from the Evangelische Heimstiftung puts it in a nutshell:

"The introduction of the LINDERA mobility analysis facilitates risk assessment for care staff and enables targeted prevention measures. At the same time, it supports the understanding and safe use of digital applications."

Close to practice, close to people

At LINDERA, we don't see digitalization as an end in itself - but as a partnership-based process. The honest feedback from our customers is our compass for product development, training and support. Our mobility analysis is not just a digital tool - it is the result of genuine collaboration with the people who work every day to provide good care.
