CARE INVEST Leadership Award goes to LINDERA

Yesterday at the Expo Living & Care. The laudatory speech byBernhard Schneider, Managing Director ofEvangelische Heimstiftung GmbH, was deeply moving.

For him and for us at LINDERA, this award means a great responsibility: bringing innovation to care and taking the path of digital transformation. It takes managers at all levels to master the current challenges in care and at the same time further improve the quality of care.

At LINDERA, we develop cutting-edge AI models for precise 3D motion analysis that transform the care process into a digital, AI-based era.

Our mission is to integrate cutting-edge medicine into care and provide professionals with the tools they need to advance their profession. Through these digital innovations, we are creating care that is not only more efficient, but also safer and more personalized.

The positive effects of our work can be expressed in impressive figures. An exemplary evaluation of 1,141 analyses from 2023/24 shows

1. Fewer falls: the total number of falls fell by 28%, and by as much as 37% among the over-85s. Both values show a trend towards statistical significance.
   
   
2. Stable non-fall status: 72% of seniors maintained their non-fall status, 12% improved from fall patients to non-fall patients.
   
   
3. Fewer hospital admissions due to falls: 44% reduction , even 50% reduction in the over 85s. Here too, the figures show a trend towards statistical significance.
